My family has been the the food distribution business for since 1923. From the time my great grandfather( Gandolf ) came to America from Italy to be one of the best fruit and vegetable vendors with his own produce cart hitting the streets everyday. To my grandfather Pop Licho from the restaurant business and my Uncle in distributor in the food business, to my own father being in distribution and owning restaurant business and my mother as well having just a few restaurant in my time. I have 22 years in the retail business as product placement, retail store management, merchandising, promotions and management of total resets of plan o grams to P.O.P. design teams.
